FiveFingers as the Barefoot "Trojan Horse"

Barefoot Ted (McDonald), one of Christopher McDougall's characters in Born to Run, shares more detail on his experiences transitioning to barefoot running. If you have an hour to spare, it is definitely worth watching. Ted appropriately refers to Vibram FiveFingers as a "Trojan Horse" in the paradigm shift to barefoot activity. He also offers metaphorical advice on starting out with barefoot running when he advises to treat it like learning a new language. There is lots to learn from this active barefoot runner. Check out his blog Barefoot Ted's Adventures.
