My-Happy Feet Review: "Turn Achy Feet into Happy Feet"

[My-Happy Feet foot alignment socks] are designed to separate, stretch and align your toes to minimize the harmful effects of daily foot stress... [They] can be used as a non-surgical treatment for bunions, hammer toes, crooked toes, heel pain & general foot comfort... They help you by keeping your feet & toes mobile, flexible & less painful.

For those who go shod, My-Happy Feet are a gift to cramped up feet, helping to realign them. For those who are transitioning to minimalist shoes or going barefoot, a good stretch can provide immediate relief to a long day of foot muscle and ligament use. My-Happy Feet can work as a preventative tool for maintaining healthy feet as well.

[My-Happy Feet] are made of soft cashmere like acrylic blend.  They are lose fitted crew socks that have an open front end with 4 toe separators also made  from  the same material as the socks body.  These separators apply a gentle push on your toes to align your toes with the rest of the foot and position them where they should be and nature intended them to be.  The separators are hand made and precisely controlled for width and length.

While it would be smart to ease into the use of the My-Happy Feet, it's most important to listen to your body. Your feet will let you know when it is time to take the alignment socks off. I started at 15 to 20 minutes at a time over half a year ago, but, thanks to minimalist footwear use, I have graduated to hours in them. Early in my experience with My-Happy Feet a stinging sensation between my toes hinted that it was time to take them off. Now, I'll wear them to bed for an all-night stretch.

My-Happy Feet suggests that walking in their product is not the designed activity for these socks, but I found them comfortable enough to move in around the house. I wouldn't recommend them for more active endeavors, however. They are designed for relaxing and stretching. I typically wear My-Happy Feet at the end of the day when catching up on computer work or bringing it down after a long day. The are comfortable and soothing.

For less than $20, a pair of My-Happy Feet can be purchased  in one of 3 unisex sizes in a rainbow of colors. If you purchase more than one pair from the My Happy Feet website, you can get an even better deal.

The BAREfoot truth?

I give My-Happy Feet a 9/10 toes up. They provide foot relief as promised, are comfortable, and easy to use. Not everyone has the time or money for a good foot massage, but those who make the time for a pair of foot alignment socks will find similar benefits in this convenient package. My-Happy Feet stretch my toes out and relieve aches and pains from a day of barefoot or minimalist shoe use. I find them particularly useful in alleviating discomfort where my right pinky toes pushed up against my index toe. This product will continue to have a place beside my nightstand so I can turn my achy feet into happy feet.
